ok tomorrow i am cooking this receipe....the receipe on the back of my brownie box calls for 1/3 cup of oil and water....should i follow the instuctions on this site (http://applesoft.com/brownies/page3.html) for the water oil percent...i am leaning toward yes but i am not sure.... thanks

well that specific brand of brownies has it measured to use for that brand, they vary from brand to brand

id use the box recipie, cook the pot how the site shows but use the mesurement that the box says....

if not you might end up with some potent brownies but they might taste like shit...... ya know what i mean

as far as temp. ive extracted using alcohol before and ive seen that about 165-170 works for that, but as far as oil goes....... thats a different ballpark man

Instaed of adding oil/water to the mix you add the hash oil you've made. You just melt the butter with finely chopped pot and once that all extracted pour it into the mix instead of the oil. Just get it hot enough until the butter is boiling. Add the pot to in and watch it you dont wanna burn all the THC up so keep an eye on it. Once it turns brown its done. Get as much as you can by pressing it .

how bad does it stink up the house???? when it is in the oil....you think that teh smell of weed will be gone in about 4 hours???

i am thinkin of usin a bottle of the oust non scented

just open the windows. i think the smell of cooking hash oil is one of those scents that you dont know what it is unless you've smelled it before. i wouldnt worry about it. meanwhile, embrace every pot-smokers best friend FEBREEZE.

i dont know about that...ive cooked pot in brownies before and that shit stunk..... bad (and you could tell what it was)

i used the same recipe u were using man, and my brownie recipe called for half the oil this one used, i just added the extra oil and it turned out okay..... so dont worry so much it should be fine

after i made brownies my kitchen wreaked for about 5-6 hours with a window open, i would say spray oust non scented then some febreeze

I like Oust outdoor scent - because if somebody is like "what's that smell?" you're like "it's fresh pine - but I don't think it really smells like fresh pine, do you?"

Also if you cook something else afterwards, like tomato sauce or something, tacos, something very aromatic, it will cover up the smell and since those things smell like herbs and spices anyway, it will camoflage the weed smell.
