Wait. What exactly are you trying to do? Synthesis THC? Because that's a whole new road of difficulty. I'm personally just looking into it and I'm a huge organic chemistry fan.

you can't. the ashes from a pipe or joint are worthless because you have burned all the matter away. If your speaking about vaporizer ashes thats different. because the vape doen't get all of it and your left with "zombie weed" you can use the zombie weed in any weed recipe just need more.
