Suffereing from chronic back pain, depression, anxiety disorder
I am a RI resident seeking a doctor to obtain a MMJ card. I am currently taking meds for depression and injured my back lifting. Can anyone please help?

I also am a RI resident who needs the same assistance please help if there is anyone who is compassionate this is not a hoax.
