Finally got my hands on some properly grown jack and it lived up to its reputation. I have been told I was buying jack on several occasions and only one was jack but it was definitely prematurely harvested so i have been dying to get the real deal. What an incredible strain!!! I am posting in the sativa section because I feel like the indica aspects of the strain were very understated. Definitely one of the best energy highs I have had. I was incredibly tired when i tried it but afterwards I was up and at em ready to roll. Felt super happy and very social. The indica effects were understated but definitely present in a perfect amount IMO. I hate being couch locked but I still like to feel it in my feet a little. Definitely great for playing music if you are into playing high. It also tasted very very very good. Damn I wish I had some more.

Its for sure top 3 for me. The only problem is I am all out!!!!! I at least know what it smells like so i should be able to spot fakers but damn I hope I find some legit stuff again.

i found two seeds in some jack herer bud last year, planted one in the back yard not really expecting it to work, but it did and the buds were the stickiest most potent thing i had ever smoked.

unfortunately it was planted halfway through the season so it only got a foot and a half tall, but still amazing.

Properly grown jack is spicey, nutty almost zesty and has a nice lime green coloring with many layers of crystals.
