6 mature OR 12 immature? WTF?? I can't seem to find any information on what the real limit is. So far, I've only come up with is that you cannot have 18 plants.

Does anyone actually understand what that law means? I mean how do they determine if you're over the limit or not if you have a crop that just begun maturing?

What if someone has 4 mature AND 8 immature or they have 2 mature and
