Thread: any advice welcome!!

Hi all, my fiance and I are wanting to emmigrate from the uk to CA, we like the look of riverside so far, is it a nice area?! We are hoping to become caregivers or maybe opening/working in a dispensery, but are a bit unsure which path is right, as we are a little confused about the differences, is caregiving selling a growing 'service' rather than a dispensery which sells the end 'product', also, is it safer (legally and security) being a caregiver as you have a smaller and private patient base? any answers would be a massive help, and anyone who can advise on emmigration would be an absolute diamond, many thanks, happy toking!!!

Hi, I don't know much about immigration. But, Riverside. You may want to go back in the area of this and read some MAPP Newsletters. All the information you need for a dispensary/collective is there. The ones open in CA are because they were open prior to recent court rulings. Check out Weed maps and it will display all the collectives that are currently open. Only ones that were closed down, are being able to re-open. New ones, will go through the same pace's the others, that have the pending hearing.

A caretaker, on the other hand, you can do that! Again, read the MAPP newsletter and you will expose yourself to a wealth of knowledge.

Real estate is down, not much; if that helps. Riverside county continues to try to pass rules, etc. that will close down disp/collective. The push is to grow on site that you receive your meds. So Caretaking would be my best guess. Finding patients, someone else's.

Hey Drgreenthumbs80, Hows it going? I would figure out your immigration and the laws first like painretreat said. After that If you could immigrate I would move to the area you like, get a feel for the town and the atmosphere, the people. Get your recomendations and MMC and find some patients, but start growing for yourself and your wifie to get a stock pile. That way you can get what you can produce out there to a few dispenceries and try to gain your patients threw the dispenceries you choose to join or become members to, that like your products. I lived in San Diego for 2 yrs its pretty rough and expensive! Alot of growers in CA live way out of the cities and when they harvest they hit the city! Eazy money if you have Top quality meds..Good Luck! If I made it with 5 bags of clothes and enough money for a week at a hotel, its just how bad you want it and $$$$..
