I wouldnt have thought so. I know your not meant to drink alcohol while on anti-biotics.

THC has antibiotic properties, so i doubt it's because of that.

Hey, Bubblebrain. Masta Stuff's question is a good one. Do you get dizzy and nauseated when you're not smoking, too? Because if you do and you're taking Minocin (minocycline), I just looked into the Physician's Desk Reference drug guide, and it can indeed cause some dizziness and nausea. That's a fairly common complaint with that one. Below's a link I found about dermatological antibiotics, and it looks like others like tetracycline or doxycycline can cause the same thing.

If the nausea and dizziness only happen when you smoke weed, then it seems more likely that you're experiencing weed side-effects rather than antibiotic side-effects. Weed can definitely cause dizziness, and in some people, it causes nausea/vomiting. Not sure why. It can also interact with other meds and aggravate side effects from them, too.

there should not be any negative interaction at all... but there are no guarantees so if you notice negative feelings associated with smoking times, then lay of the bud til the antibiotics are done. if you go that route remember that antibiotics stays in your system 5-7 days after finishing the pills. peace

So using your powers of deduction, what does that suggest could be causing the problem? (Hint: there are actually two possible answers here.)
