I am finally Negative now, BUT...If I exercise a lot will I spike myself back to Positive? I have 70lbs to lose yet and I am determined to do it, will that be an ongoing exercise in spiking my THC levels into positive? or can I exercise without worry
Hi Mike, I did reply to your other post. Exercising and losing weight can tend to spike your results. Maybe not enough to fail but losing fat just puts more thc metabolites in your bloodstream. I would continue to exercise as I believe this is important to you however stop exercising 3 days before your test so that you can flush those metabolites out before your drug test. You should be fine.
