These have been growing along side the previous four. Now they get all the light! There's 2 or 3 phenos of the tut and 1 pink caddy. 5 plants total.

As I said before I need to shut down for a bit so these plants didn't get much veg but still stretched big.

Excited to see how your plants turn out & like that you have a bit of variation within your Tutankhamon plants' phenos & your Pink Caddy. Is the Pink Caddy a different name for Pink Kush? If so, any plans to drop the room temp down to ~65F-70F during the flowering cycle to bring out those bright pink/purple tones?

Now that its Fall here the temps will drop but dont think they will get low enough to cause a colour change. I had one c99 in a previous grow here that changed a wild purple.

Tut #2 she is a bit more indica dom and fast flower. Week 4 yesterday.

    Hey Wagonweed,

Your girls are looking GUUD! What types of techniques did you use (LST, Super cropping, Top, FIM, etc.)? Also since you've been growing for awhile how much yield do you expect to per plant with your 4' headspace (or how much have you gotten in the past)? I'm trying to figure out what height/size would produce the highest yield % or if there are diminishing returns after plants reach a certain height indoors. I've seen a few outdoor monstrosities (13' bushes), but that would be hard to accomplish indoors.

Also do you typically flower in 1 gallon pots? Any issues with plants getting root bound/slow growth? Anyways, best of luck with your girls & keep us posted on your girls.

I lst, top, and fim. I'm still pretty new at growing. Started my first log here coming up on 2 years ago.

The best I've done is 2oz per plant.

They were in 5gal pots, and I didnt use any bloom boosters at the time. Around 2 months veg. I think theres still a lot more
    I could get yield wise.

The caddy im growing now is not a good example of what the strain can do as it did not get much veg and in tiny pot. Pics above shows it much better.

Same with the tuts here. Not much veg and small pots. Last run I had a heavy mite infestation and it hurt yield.
Normally I grow in 5 or 3 gal. Just no time to do it as good as I can this run.

Nice, man. I'm HOPING I'll be able to harvest 0.25-0.5 lb per plant, but that may be a bit unrealistic even if I'm planning to grow my plants out to 6'-7.5' tall in 8 gallon pots. Haha well you gotta have a big dream before reality pulls the rug from under you, right? Have you tested out any of those bud hardeners like Humboldt's Gravity? I've heard good things, but need to research a bit more.

Your girls are looking good though & I'll definitely be referencing your grows as I get into flowering since that's a different beast. I've read up on it plenty, however, I figure my knowledge will only take me so far without experiencing it first hand.

That must've been awful, but I hope you got that mite infestation in check. I'm not a religious person, but I'm PRAYING that the BORG will leave me and my girls in peace! Did any methods/products in particular help you save your plants or was it a lost cause?

Keep up the good work & happy growing!

Im sure there is a point indoors where height wont net you more yield. But I cant yet say.

Pulling that much per plant is doable. Those caddys where about 3ft, so if I could them double that id expect more than 4oz a plant. Also if i upped my watts I'd yield more too. You got a lot of strains that I've never seen only heard of so it's gonna be nice to see what all your strains yield.

I have only tried big bud as an additive. It does work from what I can see. Ill give some others a try one day.

As for the mites I went with biological warfare and used predator mites. They eat other mites. Both times I had an infestation they worked great. The second occurrence was my fault as I wasnt tending to the veg tent as much as I should have and some survived to come back and fuck shit up. The predator mites are not cheap and as you can see this is a pretty budget grow. So I couldn't afford the mites and apply before things got bad. Oh well each battle leaves you better prepared for the next when or lose!

Looking good! I'm quite interested to see how everything goes in 1 gallon pots.
I'm also glad the predator mites worked for you. I have never used them in the past, but I plan to in upcoming grows as a preventative measure, and I just bought a new house, so I plan to apply them around the property as well. But...I also am on a budget with a new mortgage and my wife and I are expecting a baby, so grow related spending will have to be on the back burner for a bit.

    Good luck with the grow.

    Pink caddy Week 7

I dont know what happened to this plant. I looked back at last time and huge differences. This plant is 3 weeks behind in terms of bud size. Dunno why i said she would fatten up as shes fucked lol. Already starting to finish 7 weeks in with these baby buds. She must of got stressed some how.

    Hey TLD420,
Congrats on the pregnancy! You & your wife must be excited. Are you expecting a boy/girl? Best of luck & congrats again!

    Hey Wagon,
Thanks for the predator mite suggestions. I’ll definitely take a look if the issue ever pops up, but will probably supplement with some other methods since spider mites sound like the worst. Might as well burn the house down if they show up in force.

Haha now I feel like I should be greedier & go for 0.5-1 lbs/plant. Have myself a Johnny Depp “BLOW” moment.

Plants are looking good! Keep up the good work & happy growing!

Hey Wagon, your girls are looking great & hopefully you'll get to taste test soon. Any particular drying & curing methods you're going to use or just the standard? Anyways, looking forward to some more pics & your next grow. Happy growing!
