Realy well in America it is very real, boarder smuggling from the south is a daily occurance. Something like over 2,000 pounds of herb make it past the border every day. And something like 20,000 pounds of herb a day does not make it everyday. It is very real and when weeds makes it funny it is very funny.

Come on you have the Hoff as your face how unreal can it get??

Weeds has been one of my all-time favorite shows since it's inception, but this 4th season, to me, has been harshly substandard. Especially the latest, episode 3; I didn't even laugh once, and just found it overal really depressing. Crossing my fingers that it'll pick up, but this seems to be the first season yet that's harshly lacking in quality. It's like the writers all have a bad hangover.

Season 3 was the peak to me. I dunno, after watching season 1-2 and seeing how 2 ended and how 3 started and just watching the whole season I have to truly say it's my favorite atm. They really deserve an award after making that season. I haven't seen an episode of 4 yet. I can't watch Weeds when the season hasn't finished. The tension of the ending of the episodes are too much for me to bare, I must immediately see what happens directly after! lol

edit: btw there's a few people that are excluded from season 4, i.e. Conrad. I read it on Wikipedia..dunno how true that is.

For me, the downside of season 4 so far has been the character of Andy and Judah's dad. I just don't like what he adds to the show, and he's such an asshole.
