Season 5 of Weeds will begin on June 8th, on showtime. It will regularly air Mondays at 10.
I'm looking forward to this new season, what does everyone else think?

weeds rocks! it's my second favorite show, lost is first. so what did you think about the cliff hanger? I'm pretty sure that the ultrasound pic was either sylus or shane's. what do you think?

Parker blasts TV bosses over nude scene

Actress Mary-Louise Parker has blasted her TV bosses on the hit show Weeds for forcing her to film a nude scene - insisting she's "bitter" after agreeing to strip down on set.

The 44-year-old actress, who plays marijuana-selling mum Nancy Botwin in the series, felt uneasy when a director requested she film a recent scene naked in the bathtub.

She eventually agreed to disrobe - but now regrets the decision.

She tells America's More magazine, "I didn't think I needed to be naked. I fought with the director about it, and now I am bitter. I knew it was going to be on the Internet: 'Mary-Louise shows off her big nipples.' I wish I hadn't done that. I was goaded into it.

"I like it the more extreme it is. But I don't like it when it's crass and crude for humor's sake, and I don't like when it's sentimental, when she's a sweet mother. To me, she's not that."

But co-executive producer Roberto Benabib has defended the decision, and called the vulnerable scene one of Parker's most memorable performances on the series.

He explains, "We felt at that point in her life, defences had been so thoroughly stripped away. There was a nonchalance to the nudity that informed the scene... I thought it was wonderful, one of the five best scenes Mary-Louise has ever done (on Weeds)."

I LOVE WEEDS. Andy, Doug, and Nancy are my top 3 fave characters... The things I'd do to Andy Botwin... AHHHHH!

I've said it once, and I'm gonna say it again- Nancy Botwin would be the ONLY chick I'd go gay for. She's so freaking beautiful!

damn! I need to go back and finish the fourth season, I got 3/4th the way through season 4 when they were on tv the first time then kinda lost interest.

First season will always be my favorite... I like the whole drama/comedy angle of the show, it really works well, but I like the goofy funny innocent days of the group in Agrestic... The past 2 seasons have become increasingly dramatic; I like the plots and all, but I hope the show starts to add a little more silly awesome humor to it again.

That episode when Andy and Doug are watching Incredahoes, and they're arguing about the taint/runway- Doug and Andy ask Lupita what's the thing between the dick and the asshole, and she says "The coffee table" I DIED LAUGHING. It's moments like those that just make the show so freaking awesome.

And I want a Chris Died For Your Sins t shirt soooo badly.
