Does anyone have this vaporizer?
I have it and works great but the past few weeks its been taking almost half an hour to heat up. it used to be 10 mins. is my vape broken?

Don't have one but it sounds like it may have a problem. I know some of the first generation of this model had some problems reaching sufficient vaping temps, but if it worked for you in the past...

It does have a warranty-anywhere from 6 mos. to a yr. to lifetime on the heating element, depending on where you bought it.

I use the same Vape. Yes, yours is not working correctly---but you must follow their instructions exactly!
