what's the name of the shop? is it 'downtown'? Is it still open in Jan '07

Yes it is!
It is directly across from Basketville, next door to the laundromat but in the BACK parking lot, and it is open Mon-Sat. They close early on Saturdays so be there before 3pm or call first.
You're in for a treat...the owner put in some working hydro tables as a display, with all sorts of neat legal plants. It's really nice especially on a grey winter day!
