In December of 2006, a North Carolina Court of Appeals case highlighted another strong incentive for HIPAA compliance.
Although a private litigant has no private right of action under HIPAA, in Acosta v. I used THCF. They're fine other than the expiration bullshit. Its about the money as usual.
Met JM a couple times, he seems to be a nice guy. Will probably try him next time.

I started in California... Moved to WA and used THCF... Used CBR for my first renewal and am looking @ American Heritage this year...

All I want is a clinic that doesn't go around making enemies and participating in sketchy drama... Is that so much to ask?hehehehe
