New, Just starting
Ok I am in need of help, I have my appt to get my card but from what I have read and been told by the clinic were I have my appt it shouldn't be a problem. But what I am confused by... if you can't buy it or trade how do you legally start?

Go down to any local kwik e mart and look for a little nickel paper ( yellow ) and there should be ads on the front of it.
