Hokopunk, are you sure we can just buy cannabis of the streets? I know we can posses it, however I thought the cannabis needed to be donated. I think if we are caught buying we can get into trouble. I heard your grower is supposed to give you marijuana, not sell, correct? I would think its same for black market. Please correct me if I am wrong

the law states that u can acquire your meds threw any means,street,grow,whatever.
bottom line is if your a prick to a cop that questioning you ,he can and probally will fuck with you because he can.thats just my own experiences

Yeah upon moving here it took months to find a contact. I still haven't found anything as aaamazing as everyone seems to claim it is. Nearly everyone smokes, & everyone I come across loves to profess how Washington has the best, but I haven't found it. And It makes me miss florida!!!

It is great here... if you can find it. It is been really dry lately. They've stopped a lot of what comes in from B.C. I'd make a friend that lives in Portland or something. Go visit them every now and then. Make sure you seal your bag good, use only one bag, and it wouldn't hurt to get one of those diver containers to put it in.... shits smelly when it comes from the coast.

I recently got my medical marijuana authorization card right here in lil'o Spokane, I've lived here most of my life. anyway you guys need to check out CBR Medical right down by SCC. Here's a link:

You can get medical authorization for any chronic pain or debilitating illness. Oh yeah, this card allows a person to grow as many as 15 plants (at any stage) and have up to 24 OZ of usable marijuana in their possession.

There are several dispenseries here in town too if you can get that card.

Definitions
The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

(b) Has been designated in writing by a patient to serve as a designated provider under this chapter;

(c) Is prohibited from consuming marijuana obtained for the personal, medical use of the patient for whom the individual is acting as designated provider; and

(d) Is the designated provider to only one patient at any one time.

I feel your statements quoted above would have a hard time, qualifying your collation of individuals as a designated provider.
At least a legal one.

ALSO, there is no STATE MMJ CARD in Washington at this time!!!

I have lived in Spokane forever and not once have I been out of weed the place isn't dry its actually pretty well stocked in the MJ department, just give it some time smoke with some friends and then when your all stoned just causally ask where they got the stuff from! that easy man you are probably going to have to get the street stuff for a little depending on who your friends know. One thing you will learn about Spokane is that people are generally nice and are more than willing to help if you are respectful and ask. I wish you luck
